Thank you so much for shopping with Wild Midwest Co.! Below you'll find important information regarding shipping, delivery, and our store policies. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.


✈️ SHIPPING POLICY

Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, delivery errors, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 2–5 business daysfor regular order processing. Most of the time it is faster but sometimes I get behind!
  • I ship orders on Mondays and Fridays
  •  Please note the Item description as some pearl items are 10 business days to ship!

**Shipping Time Estimates:**

USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days


Note:These are estimated delivery times. USPS delays are out of our control, especially during holidays or inclement weather.

Tracking:Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

 Difference in shipping and processing times: 

If you choose to pay for the  faster shipping option it does not mean your item will not have a processing time. I try my hardest to get all orders out in a timely fashion. However, if your item  says 10 business days to ship and you pay for the faster shipping time it may still take 10 business days. You are paying for the speed once the package is with USPS

 

🚫 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our jewelry and being a small business, **all sales are final**. We do **not accept returns or exchanges** at this time.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or anything else before ordering, feel free to contact us, via instagram or TikTok — I'm Happy to anwser any questions!

📦 DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

**Lost Packages:**
We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your package is missing, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to file a claim.

**Damaged Items:**
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at thewildmidwest.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If after 48 hours it is up to discretion what to do with the situation. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
